What can I ask for?

Almost any legal task a person nearby can help with: errands, queues, deliveries, renting items, pet and plant care, setup and small fixes. If it's not on that list, post it anyway.

How much does it cost?

You set the price, and people can offer to help at it or at their own. Shadow doesn't add a service fee.

What if no one takes my request?

Nothing is owed. A request no one takes expires an hour after posting if it's for Now, or at the date and time you chose.

What if something goes wrong?

Report it in the app. A person reviews the request chat and details from both sides.

Does Shadow do the work itself?

No. Shadow connects you with people nearby. The person you accept does the work, and you pay them directly.
