This Policy applies to every person who accesses or uses Shadow's website, app, services, accounts, or communications.
1. Scope
You must not use Shadow Marks or present yourself in a way that misleads anyone about your relationship with Shadow. This Policy applies worldwide, subject to mandatory law.
2. Shadow Marks
“Shadow Marks” means Shadow names, logos, word marks, product and service names, designs, trade dress, domain elements, badges, verification identifiers, and confusingly similar materials.
3. Ownership and No Licence
Shadow and its licensors retain all rights in the Shadow Marks. No licence, permission, endorsement, or other right arises by implication, estoppel, account use, or otherwise.
4. Permitted Uses
Lawful independent references. This Policy does not prohibit lawful independent journalism, criticism, commentary, review, parody, or other fair or nominative use, provided it is accurate and does not imply Shadow's affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or official status.
You may make a lawful, accurate reference to Shadow only where applicable law permits it and the reference does not imply affiliation or endorsement. All other use requires Shadow's prior written authorization.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Visual variants. Prohibited confusingly similar uses include modifications to a Shadow Mark's colour, orientation, crop, scale, transparency, or surrounding context where the use may mislead users about a relationship with Shadow.
You must not use, copy, alter, imitate, display, register, or distribute Shadow Marks in profile images, avatars, usernames, listings, messages, social accounts, domains, advertising, documents, badges, or other materials; create confusingly similar variants; or impersonate Shadow, its personnel, affiliates, partners, or verified accounts.
6. Enforcement
Where permitted by applicable law, Shadow may report suspected unlawful conduct to relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Shadow may remove content, restrict access, hold or adjust platform payments where permitted by the applicable payment terms, and immediately and permanently terminate any account Shadow determines has breached this Policy. You must not evade a termination or create or operate another account after termination. Mandatory legal rights and separately applicable payment obligations remain unaffected.
7. Reporting and Authorization
Report suspected misuse or request written authorization at support@welcomeshadow.com.
8. Changes
Shadow may update this Policy by publishing a revised version. The current version applies from its stated effective date, subject to mandatory law.
